Recruitment Consultant

Driving Force Recruitment Ltd operating as an employment business is recruiting for a Recruitment consultant for our office based in Ellesmere Port!

We are open to speaking to consultants of any an experience, so whether you're new to recruitment or looking for a senior role, we'd love to hear from you!

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 dependent on experience

Additional earnings: Tiered achievable bonus structure, annual bonus' and rewards

Working hours: Monday – Friday

either :

• 8am – 4pm
• 9am- 5pm

With an early finish on a Friday!

Here’s what we’d love from you:

• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate Microsoft packages
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential
• Willingness to learn and a passion to succeed
• Experience in recruitment – preferably agency background
• Must be able to drive and have your own transport
