Senior Recruitment Consultant

Driving Force are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic and passionate team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career and be part of a company who value and reward their staff regularly.

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm

Salary: dependent on experience, plus commission

What is expected?

• Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conduct business development calls to win new business
• Build and grow a client portfolio to understand their current or future recruitment needs
• Attend client meetings to further build relationships and pitch for business
• Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates
• Interview candidates to understand their requirements and the best client fit
• Providing a thorough aftercare service to both clients and candidates to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities
• Work as an integral member of a team, motivating and communicating effectively
