What&rsquo;s your role within the Driving Force family?&nbsp;
&ldquo;I&rsquo;m one of the four Directors working with Lee, Rob and John. I feel very lucky to share this role with these great guys where we all share the same vision to make the company the best we can.
My role involves working with staff to help with, support and look at ways to constantly improve what we are doing and make this a company where everyone feels valued!&rdquo;

I joined Driving Force in November 2014 as a Branch Manager in Altrincham after 14 years in the Recruitment Industry working in Both Driving and Industrial sectors.
I helped grow the branch year on year was promoted to the North West Regional Manager in November 2017.
We have a fantastic, hardworking team in North West who I&rsquo;m very proud and lucky to work with.

<h3>More about me</h3>
I didn&rsquo;t know what direction my career was heading in. I had currently studied Accountancy at college and was working part time at TK MAXX . I had seen an advertisement on social Media in regards to a Recruitment job available. I then Called directly to the office to show my interest which resulted in getting offered an Interview at Driving Force.
After 2 Interview stages I started as Temp in Branch in April 2015 working 3 days a week, as well as working my other job at TK Maxx. It was a good opportunity to get to know the recruitment industry to see if it was for me.
After 3 months passed I was then offered 5 days as a trainee consultant which then lead to me the consultant position. After a year being with the company I enjoyed working with Bristol team and realised this was a great company to work for, the Senior consultant had left the business which then opened up the opportunity &nbsp;for myself which I took with both hands. I had managed to gain great relationships with our Drivers, clients and staff. Bristol had become a successful branch and my hard work was being noticed.
I am now currently Branch manager of Bristol and enjoy every day coming into work facing new challenges and hitting targets. If you are unsure on what to do as I did i would definitely recommend Driving Force Recruitment, great opportunities and hard work is noticed throughout the company.

Driver CPC training aims to enhance road safety, improve driver skills, and ensure professional standards amongst commercial drivers.

All our drivers have already obtained their initial Driver CPC qualification, having completed a theory test, practical driving test, and a case study test, and undertaking 35 hours of periodic training every 5 years to maintain their qualification.

But did you know we’re a fully qualified driving school for CPC training? We’re committed to helping drivers stay up to date with safe driving practices, so if you’d like us to support your new recruits through their initial training, or ensure your experienced drivers continue to improve their skills with their periodic modules, we’re here to help.
